Art integrated learning experience is always beneficial for my students as I am teaching them mathematics. It makes joyful for students and they learn their lessons attentively, which makes very easy to teach my students. In my subject, diagrams and necessary and it makes easy to understand in geometrics.

ReplyDeleteArt Integrated learning can really help my students to understand things clearly , and this method of learning is beneficial for me as well , because there are somthing while teaching that u can't convey the message to the childrens verbally and I use this method of teaching and it helps a lot .

ReplyDeleteAIL is a teaching- learning model which is based on learning "through the arts" and "learning with the arts". Art experience in both forms ie; virtual and performing lead to a better understanding and construction of knowledge about different concepts. This helps the children learn various skills like problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, motor skills, language skills and so on. AIL instills long term memory in the child along with joyful learning experience. It also ensures holistic development of the child boosting cognitive and psycho-motor skills.

ReplyDeleteAIL experience will be indeed beneficial in learning science as one practically involves him/herself. This way of doing through active participation gets really imprinted in the Brain that lasts longer and helps to understand the things better. 'Learning' by doing, by involving and by relating it to their day to day life will definitely generate interest and benefit students in having a good understanding and conceptual clarity of the topic.

ReplyDeleteWhile dealing with topics such as 2D figures and 3D shapes,Geometry ,Patterns etc..
Students can observe how geometry is used in Architecture in building various monuments,buildings etc..
Pattern can be observed in nature ,in clothes etc..
Different shapes can be given to different parts of the building. They can arrange them in such way that it is very attractive. While displaying artistic talent students can learn how to find volume , surface area and so on
