    5. I suffered from urinary tract infection. It was cured by regularly doing kapalbhati as taught by the greatest Swami of all times, Baba Ramdev. Then I am also a borderline diabetic. Regular cycling helped me to keep diabetic tendencies under control. I took a loan and invested in an electric cycle. It helped me to re-live by teenage days. That in turn made me feel good about myself and boosted my self-esteem and confidence.
