  14. Firstly understand the Strength,gaps,opportunities and challenges in the school .Then set a goal with regard to academic achievemnt for the school. Collaborate with all teachers, parent leaders,professional communities in Education and set up strategies which can motivate learners, reward and provide resources etc to achieve the goal. Gather periodic feedback from parents ,students and teachers and continue the same with other envisioned goals.

I give them ample oppurtunities for them to be leaders of the future. The class is distrubuted into small groups of five and each one has a LEADER to supervise their work. Then I have Class Leader Boy and Girls, Asst. Class Leaders Boys and Girls, Energy Monitors to ensure switching off, of lights and fans when required, Swatchh Monitors to enforce no littering in the class, and then Prefects (my Bouncers to maintain peace in the class).
