"EVERYBODY IS A GENIUS. BUT IF YOU JUDGE A FISH BY ITS ABILITY TO CLIMB A TREE, IT WILL LIVE HIS WHOLE LIFE THINKING THAT IT IS STUPID!" That is why it is imperative that we focus on strengths of each child and develop his positive attitude to studies using his interest
Every child has his/her area of interest. Learning pace of children is also different. Keeping the innate talent, interest and strength of the child in mind, different activities should be conducted to transmit information. Having said that, for Inclusive education to be a reality the syllabus should also be designed in a manner to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children.
DOLI CHAUDHURI, PGT BIO KVS- As mentors, we must design curriculum, methodology of curriculum transaction as well as assessment methods keeping in mind the strength, differential learning styles and multiple intelligence of our students.
Every child is different and has got some special talent. No two students can be judged on the basis of same criterion. Different ways of transmitting information and knowledge are to be adopted for different students

No two Individuals are identical, &by seeing heterogeneous class room, teacher should plan to teach topic by incorporating all possible multiple intelligence for effecting teaching learning process
The diversity in a classroom should be addressed and their potential and talents must be identified. Children should not be judged as every child is different .
The points that emerge from the fable are, existence of diversity in the classroom and every child has his or potential. It focuses on inclusive education. There should be such opportunity where the every child can meet his need and grow.
We must understand that in a class of heterogeneous group of learners,we should plan different strategies for teaching ,learning and assessment.. Students should be provided with environment of their interest.
every child is different and has different potentials and abilities which must be nurtured using different strategies that is best suitable for them. this will bring out the best in them and provide them the opportunity to meet their needs. in a nut shell, it focuses on the heterogeneity in a class and the need to adapt inclusive education in a class.

Every Child is unique. Assessing of children should be done with reference to the individual differences too. one size don't fit all. so while teaching many different kinds of opportunities should be given so that each child can learn it and it has to be ensured that all children understand what is taught. every child do not follow the same pace in learning so teacher has to ensure mastery of content by giving necessary time and help to each child.
All children are unique in their own way. They have their strength and weaknesses in different aspects. Thus it is wrong to compare and judge them using the same yardstick and criteria.

Every child has his/her own strength and weakness. All cannot be treated equally. A teacher should not be judgemental about children and should try to reach to the need of each and every child.
Every child is special and unique. Therefore, assessment of children should be done with reference to their individual differences. One size doesn't fit all. Each child must be provided with opportunities so that he/she can learn in his/ her own way. We must respect every child's uniqueness and ensure mastery of content by giving necessary time and help to each child. We should not forget that 'Unity in diversity' defines our country as a whole.
We should have a curriculum that addresses the diversity in our classroom. There should be multidimensional activities. It should endeavour to refine the capabilities and abilities of children. There should be scope of development of inherent qualities of children. There should be involvement of parents also in the development of curriculum.
We need to give opportunity to each child according to his / her ability. We should try to promote them instead of giving them something which reduces their motivation and confidence. We should include curriculum which include everyone.
every child is unique in itself. the classroom must be designed in an inclusive manner and such techniques / STRATEGIES of teaching and learning AND SUCH LEARNING OUTCOMES MUST BE DESIGNED THAT IT BRINGS OUT THE BEST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL
every child cannot be good at all things but he is good at at least something. so his inner talent should be recognised and he/she should be supported to be best in that talent.
Can you imagine a mango tree with same size of fruits similarly can you imagine a family with each member look alike but one thing you all will agree in both cases despite being not similar in the former case each mango beautify the tree and gives it wholesomeness and in the the latter case each member makes the family a unique. It is clear from these two example is we must apply the same in schools which have different classrooms and it makes a meaning to the School also so why not the similar phenomenon continue for a class where we expect the students should be perfect bodily or mentally. If God has created someone with a bit of impairedness he or she has alk rights to be in a place where he or she should be as per his or her age or state.Who are we to sagrigate the students from a classes or schools with some impairedness. He or she has all rights of getting education or development of skills to go for a happy and meaningful life.
Every students is special and none has the right to compare them with others. We as a teacher should provide the students according to their needs, and praise them in what they do best, because every child is unique in their own way!
I will never prefer a garden with same kind of flowers there will be no excitement for seeing the whole garden if I am told that this garden is very big and same flowers are there. There is no creativity, enthusiasm, innovation involved.Similarly in a school if we have students of same mental status then the teacher has nothing challenging to prove his intellect, creativity and innovation. And second thing is if the creator has not made anything same in all manner.Everyone possess some merits and demerits. Some are bodily weak or strong while some are mentally weak or strong. Therefore we are not supposed to sagrigate students if one has any physical or mental impairedness under acceptable limits. Therefore inclusive education is very much required and important to provide equal growth and opportunity to all individuals. It is everyone's right.
Each and every Child is unique in the classroom and shows individual differences .So Teachers are to cater the needs of each and every child while transaction and give them different kinds of opportunities .Each child hassome hidden talent .So we teachers are to identify it and try to develop the same to a perfection. Jalaja Sajeev
Although we are born as humans still our strength and weakness differ due to our social, economical or emotional circumstances. Hence it is equally important to understand the above factors.
As all fingers are not equal, similarly every child is unique. every child has his or her own strengths and weakness. A teacher has to set such environment in class that every one get benifeted.
Every child is unique. We need to plan our lesson in such a way that educational needs of all student will be fulfilled. We should accept the student as they are and try to provide them a conducive environment to build their perspective and knowledge about the subject.
The whole system of teaching learning should accommodate the varying factors in the physical, mental and emotional domains of the learners and cater to their needs
A normal class will have children with different level of competencies in different subjects and skills, the role of the teacher is to nurture the competencies where the child is excellent at the same time develop other competencies without affecting the first one.
The message in the fable is - Everyone is different from each other and possess a diverse ability .There must be no comparison done between two individuals . The learning pace and grasping is also different for different individuals . We must not judge a person by his outer appearance but his or her inborn talents . Respect Diversity .
The learning pace of every child is different and we have to adopt ways of transmitting information to every child. We will have to change assessment technique, which at present is based on lots of pen and paper test,
Every child has his/her area of interest. Learning pace of children is also different. Keeping the innate talent, interest and strength of the child in mind, activities variation should be there to transmit information.so for Inclusive education to be a reality the syllabus should also be designed in a manner to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children.
Curriculum should be wide enough to accommodate diversity that exists in terms of abilities of learners. Only then the curriculum in true sense will be able to facilitate learning and offer for all round development of the learners coming from diverse backgrounds and with individual differences. The change not only in the pedagogical approach but also in assessment need to accommodate those differences.
Every child is different . So common method for all class is not at all suitable and justifiable. Teacher should think for each and every child of his class.
Everyone is unique in their own way and each child is to be dealt as per their needs. the teacher should change the pedagogical approach and i assessment of the children.
Every child is unique. They have their own own strengths and weakness. Learning pace differs. There are many methods to attain learning outcomes. Shouldn’t impose student to study only in particular way. Inclusive techniques should be developed to extract the best from students.
Individual difference to be considered. Its best to avoid comparison. Allowing students to learn at their own pace will help them achieve learning outsomes with our pressure.
Every child is different and has got some special talent. No two students can be judged on the basis of same criterion. Different ways of transmitting information and knowledge are to be adopted for different students. There are heterogeneous group of learners in a class. So as a teacher we should identify their needs. Students should be provided with environment of their interest. Really a class is full of differences .like some of my students like coding of python but some of the students of my class always hate python. But every student has its own uniqueness and abilities.
Every child is exceptional and talented in their own way. Inclusiveness is what educators require. For most, children with special needs are cared less but this is where special focus is to be given. Every child has the right to learn and access information. The methodology might be slightly different but as a teacher, it is one's utmost duty to ensure that no child is left out and no stone remains unturned for providing quality education to children of all needs.
AMIT KUMAR PANDEY KV BERHAMPORE RESPECT EACH OTHERS DIVERSITYAND THEIR INDIVIDUALITY. EACH CHILD IS DIFFERENT AND EVERYONE HAS GONE THEIR OWN PACE AND SKILL
AMIT BAIDYA A classroom consists of Students coming from different socio-cultural and economic background with varying abilities. Pedagogic strategies should be targeted towards enriching learning experience by the students of different learning abilities. Assessment of the students should be based on varied and holistic parameters rather than depending on pen paper test as the only yardstick of measuring knowledge knowledge, skills and other abilities. Varied opportunities should be provided to the students to express their potential.
every flower is beautiful in its unique way. student are also like this. every child is different from another, so as teacher we should never compare student with other student. we should only try to make classroom a place where every one can learn at his own speed and assessment should be done accordingly.
Every child is special and each one has own learning pace and interest so the curriculum and our teaching should be such that each child feels his importance and need
Every child is unique 'Every child has own area of interest .Different activities should be conducted in the school for benefit of the children to their interest and talent .So syllabus should be designed as per need of the children .
A flexible curriculum is the need of the hour. The interests of the child must be taken in to consideration .The learner may be permitted to select his subjects.

Each child is special with his/her own qualities. For different, children with different needs are cared but this is where special focus is to be given.
Each student have different learning capacity and different learning habits. By judging his/her capabilities and learning habits we deliver the content in fruitful manner.
Every Child is distinct from every other child. They have their own individual differences and accordingly they respond to instructions. It is teacher's wisdom how he/she is going to devise the ways of assessing their capabilities and encourage their skills and talents. Thank you
The action points emerge from the fable for addressing diversity in your classroom are - - Identify the learning needs of students individually. - Identify the interests capabilities and strengths of the child and help him/her to learn and excel in the field of his/her interest.
As a teacher we must understand the need of child as each child is unique has different capabilities, interests and strength so we should deal them accordingly.
Every child is unique. We should consider this fact. As a teacher we must understand this diversity in classroom and work accordingly. Everyone is a genious, in some fields, we as a teacher should try to understand the area in which the child can perform well and channelize him/her in that area.
For Inclusive education to be a reality the syllabus should also be designed in a manner keeping in mind the strength, differential learning styles and multiple intelligence of our students.
Given to understand that inclusive education should be a part our curriculum in the scool, the teachers need to realize their multiple roles to play in order to prove as a better teacher and fulfill the expectations and demands of the present society.
The points that emerge from the fable are, existence of diversity in the classroom and every child has his or potential. It focuses on inclusive education. There should be such opportunity where the every child can meet his need and grow.We as a teacher must deal each child as per his strength and interest.
Every child is different.one should not compare him with others.what one child does others may not be good in it.so designing a single curriculum and testing children on that particular curriculum may not help them, rather they will be demotivated. Different aspects need to be verified
We should accept the diversity of classroom and everybody has to given chance to excel in their field or area where they are good and can learn better.
EVERYBODY IS A GENIUS.
Every one is a special child and we as a mentor need to understand them and comparison is not the solution. We have to work hard to let them to explore their inner talent.
Every child is a distinguished one. The curriculum and and the pedagogical approach should be according to the needs of the children or learners. The teaching and learning procedure should also help them to enhance their inborn and god gifted skills.
During the pandemic, I learned the use of various platforms like google meet, zoom, whats app, you tube videos, Diksha app, O-labs, google forms, google class room, and successfully implemented these in my regular classroom teaching learning process to achieve the target. I remained in touch with parents and children telephonically too. Precautionary Guidelines from higher authorities are also shared with them to beat covid-19 successfully. Successful in setting healthy emotional bond with children. Children participated in various activities like Science exhibition, NCSC, Inspire award, Quizes, Sports, yoga and other co curricular activities besides fruitful achievement in academics.
We should cherish diversity in our classrooms. At this time of pandemic and as in normal times no one way of learning is suitable for all. We must have room for differences.
We should concentrate more on different skill development of the child such as question framing, mind mapping, reading skill ,comprehension skill etc rather than only examination and paperwork .
No two students are same, Respect Individual Differences, The diversity in a classroom should be addressed and their potential and talents must be identified. Children should not be judged as every child is different .
Every child is unique in itself. Teaching learning process must be inclusive in nature to cater the individual educational needs of each individual child . Appropriate STRATEGIES of teaching and learning must be designed and followed as per ability and interest of children to bring out the best.
From Pushpendra Singh, First of all we need to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our students, then guide him/her in a way so as to further their strengths. Students should not be condemned for their low performance in their weak areas but to be encouraged to go ahead in their strong areas.
Every child is unique and is gifted with different set of skills. Instead of focussing on his/her weaknesses, it is always better to work on his/her strength. Adopt a child centered approach in teaching- learning process.
Every child is unique and different from one another.God has given each of them some quality so it is better to nurture his quality and give him opportunity to grow and blossom.
Each child has unique ability to respond to different situations. They should be treated accordingly. They have the right to access to opportunities. So as a teacher one must be ready to give them chances to grow in their field and encourage them at each and every step. We should focus on their abilities and try to groom them.
Every child is unique and special and our job is to cater to their different needs. They have their own pace at which they learn things. One child can be good in one field and average in other fields. But as a teacher we must encourage the child to not feel demotivated in subjects he/she is not good at. Also we must adjust our pace of teaching to suit individual needs of students.
The points that emerge from the fable are, existence of diversity in the classroom and every child has his or potential. It focuses on inclusive education. There should be such opportunity where the every child can meet his need and grow.Keeping the innate talent, interest and strength of the child in mind, different activities should be conducted to transmit information.Students should not be condemned for their low performance in their weak areas but to be encouraged to go ahead in their strong areas.
Babita Das, PGT Geography, KV Chabua. Every child is born with different skills and abilities. Lack in one skill will never make the child dull. Instead of judging the children on the basis of their lacuna, we need to appreciate their deeds and polish their skills. Different activities, curriculum, syllabus must be designed for different students with different needs and desires.
Every child is a different one with some special talent. No two students can be judged on the basis of same criterion. Different ways to be adopted for every individual student.
RATHEESH PGT ECO, KV2 MDU Children come from diverse backgrounds and they may differ from one another in their physical abilities, mental capacity and even have different styles of learning but they enjoy all the privileges together. They remain in the same classroom; participate in all the activities of learning as other children do.
As per right to education act (RTE) in India, no school can reject admission to any child on any grounds of discrimination and children are not to be segregated or labeled at any point of time before or after admission. Each class room has to be an inclusive class room welcoming all types of learners and allow them to participate in different learning activities.
Every individual is unique. Each child is having natural aptitude and interest so he should be motivated to learn skills to enhance his learning without the pressure of performance.Curriculum should be designed to make every student to utilise his potential to the fullest and apply his learnings in everyday life
From Pushpendra Singh Children differ in their abilities, interests and capabilities. They cannot be excellent in every sphere of life. A bachelor in many is master of none. Teacher and parents have an important role to identify child's strong area and help him/her to nurture it to the maximum. Child himself/herself may think/ observe the self regarding his/her strength & weakness.
Each one has got some specific characteristics and innate qualities. School must recognise them and try to sharpen these skills so that children may enjoy their schooling. There is need to change the curriculum of schooling where all subjects are made compulsory to study. All children can not be good all sphere of life. Besdes, Students and parents are to be counselled and guided for their future course of study/activity.
every child is unique . a child should be allowed to excel in their fields. school should recognize their skill and talent encourage them so that school can be a better place to live in. parents have to be counselled regarding their wards potentialities.various activites are to be designed as per the ability and interest of the children.
Take the time to learn about each student’s cultural background, hobbies, learning styles, and what makes them unique. Students can talk about whether they felt included in the classroom culture. This can help identify issues or ways to improve the overall experience. It’s also an opportunity to discuss their progress in the class and offer guidance on how they can improve, based on their individual needs as a student.
A child with special and unique capabilities in a particular field should be nourish and should not be compare with the other.He/She should be equal opportunity .
Each Child is special and unique. Assessing of children should be done with reference to the individual differences too. one scale of measurement don't fit all. Hence during teaching different kinds of opportunities should be given to each one so that each child can learn with his or her own pace. The understanding of all students should be ensured by teachers in classrooms. All the children do not follow the same pace in learning so the teacher has to ensure mastery of content by giving necessary time and help to each child.
1. Interest, capacity and limitations of each learner must be understood before starting the teaching-learning process. 2. The subject(s)/skills taught to the students must be according to their liking, capability and aptitude.
One yardstick does not suit all. We have heterogeneous groups of students. We have think hard and devise strategies to cater to the education needs suitably.
Each child is unique. Even in a family children of same parents show different interests and talents. So we can in what amount this vary in a school where children come from different family backgrounds. Hence treating all alike ignoring their abilities and interests will be unfair.
The curriculum, syllabus and assessment should be designed to satisfy and manage the diversities in an effective way so that children could learn joyfully every concepts.
Diversity is very much common in a class room.teachers need to be Trained for meeting the challenges in diversified classroom.old teaching and assessment methods are still adopted by the teachers for all without keeping in mind the uniqueness of each child.A revolutionary change is the need of the hour to bring best out of the child as per his calibre
The assessment criteria has to be reformed to cater the diversity in a classroom. Three hour examination , evaluation and marks do not really assess the potential of students, it assess the cognition not application of skills. Assessment criteria has to be modified to evaluate the achievements of the objectives of the curriculum.

Not only every child is different, even being a society we need people of different abilities. so it's not acceptable to guide every child in one way by suppressing their in born qulities and their choice of interests. now a days teachers are no more teachers, but they are the facilitaters. so being a teacher its our responsiblity to build a great nation by allowing the children to learn to their capabilities and interest over the targets
Every child has its own unique talents and capabilities. Assessment should be formulated to assess the capabilities of each child on its own merit, not like a barber's chair which suits every customer
Yes diversity is the basic property of a class. Where each children comes from different background and culture. This is not the drawback but allow a teacher to diversify the teaching methodologies and technique to become a good teacher.
Classroom is a set of heterogeneous students , each with unique quality and ability. We should enjoy the diversity and should teach and learn collectively .
Every person is unique. All of us have certain strengths and certain weaknesses. We are also different in our interests and capabilities or expertise. My curriculum must cater the my needs. We should try to develop masters and not jacks. Assessment may be done more judiciously and curriculum developed to suit every learner. Society require all people respecting one's abilities.
Individual differences are there in each and every child. Each child is unique and posses the qualities and capability which may be different from others. Each child be given space to explore their capabilities and interest for their best performance. They should not be compared
CREATE AN INCLUSIVE CURRICULUM & EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. IMPLEMENT IT . SENSITISE THE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS TO ACCEPT AND INCLUDE THE DIFFERENCES. ENCOURAGE THE EXISITING STRENGTHS OF THE CHILD WORK ON THE WEAKER AREA WITHOUT ANY STRESS. BE FLEXIBLE AS PER THE CHILD'S NEEDS, AND ABILITIES. FOLLOW UP IF THE IMPLEMENTATION IS FOLLOWED AND IF IT NEEDS TO BE ALTERED
There is this expression in English "horses for courses" which you know means right man for the right job. Like you ask a Kohli to sing like a Mohammed Rafi or Kishore Kumar you are being unreasonable because each individual has his own forte and Achille' heel. So also students can't show flair for every subject simply because that isn't possible. A teacher should accept this reality then no student will be a pariah in his classroom!
Each child has born with some specific talent. No child is dumb or dull.So its a challenge before a teacher to motivate and help the child to accomplish his aim of life irrespective of their learning disabilities.
Each child has born with a specific talent. Its a challenge for we teachers to help a.child to identify that to accomplish his goal of life. Jyotsana kv
Each of us is different likewise the students we teach are also different and unique. They need special attention and should me motivated to pursue their passion and interest. If a teacher finds out what interests more to a student, then the teacher should have plan to utilize his or her interest fully. If this happens, the classroom will become inclusive in real sense.
Learners should be given respect regardless of his or her identity or background. When learning happens learners should be given more opportunity and classroom setting must be democratic. Capacities are developed and recognized in the classroom we should motivate learners to appreciate each other and have team spirit among them.
A child has born with distinguished features and specific talent. Its a challenge for we all teachers to help a child to identify and ddevelop those infinite powers

ReplyDeleteevery child cannot be good at all things but he is good at at least something. so his inner talent should be recognised and he/she should be supported to be best in that talent.
ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and has talents. It is important as educators to recognize and promote those talents.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine a mango tree with same size of fruits similarly can you imagine a family with each member look alike but one thing you all will agree in both cases despite being not similar in the former case each mango beautify the tree and gives it wholesomeness and in the the latter case each member makes the family a unique.
ReplyDeleteEvery students is special and none has the right to compare them with others. We as a teacher should provide the students according to their needs, and praise them in what they do best, because every child is unique in their own way!
ReplyDeleteI will never prefer a garden with same kind of flowers there will be no excitement for seeing the whole garden if I am told that this garden is very big and same flowers are there. There is no creativity, enthusiasm, innovation involved.Similarly in a school if we have students of same mental status then the teacher has nothing challenging to prove his intellect, creativity and innovation.
ReplyDeleteAnd second thing is if the creator has not made anything same in all manner.Everyone possess some merits and demerits. Some are bodily weak or strong while some are mentally weak or strong. Therefore we are not supposed to sagrigate students if one has any physical or mental impairedness under acceptable limits. Therefore inclusive education is very much required and important to provide equal growth and opportunity to all individuals. It is everyone's right.
let every child explore & construct the knowledge.
ReplyDeleteWE MUST ACCEPT DIVERSITY IN THE CLASSROOM

ReplyDeleteBut every student has its own uniqueness and abilities.

DeleteDuring the pandemic, I learned the use of various platforms like google meet, zoom, whats app, you tube videos, Diksha app, O-labs, google forms, google class room, and successfully implemented these in my regular classroom teaching learning process to achieve the target. I remained in touch with parents and children telephonically too. Precautionary Guidelines from higher authorities are also shared with them to beat covid-19 successfully. Successful in setting healthy emotional bond with children. ReplyDeleteFirst of all we need to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our students, then guide him/her in a way so as to further their strengths.
ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and different from one another.God has given each of them some quality so it is better to nurture his quality and give him opportunity to grow and blossom.
ReplyDeleteEach child has unique ability to respond to different situations. They should be treated accordingly. They have the right to access to opportunities. So as a teacher one must be ready to give them chances to grow in their field and encourage them at each and every step. We should focus on their abilities and try to groom them.

ReplyDeleteEach child is an independent individual with individual abilities and should be treated accordingly
ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and special and our job is to cater to their different needs. They have their own pace at which they learn things. One child can be good in one field and average in other fields. But as a teacher we must encourage the child to not feel demotivated in subjects he/she is not good at. Also we must adjust our pace of teaching to suit individual needs of students.

ReplyDeleteChildren come from diverse backgrounds and they may differ from one another in their physical abilities, mental capacity and even have different styles of learning but they enjoy all the privileges together.

ReplyDeleteChildren differ in their abilities, interests and capabilities.

ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and is excellent in some field. We have to find that field of excellence of each child and encourage them to develop
ReplyDeleteTake the time to learn about each student’s cultural background, hobbies, learning styles, and what makes them unique. Students can talk about whether they felt included in the classroom culture. This can help identify issues or ways to improve the overall experience. It’s also an opportunity to discuss their progress in the class and offer guidance on how they can improve, based on their individual needs as a student.
ReplyDeleteA child with special and unique capabilities in a particular field should be nourish and should not be compare with the other.He/She should be equal opportunity .
ReplyDeleteAssessment of children should be done with reference to their individual differences as each child is unique
ReplyDeleteEach Child is special and unique.
ReplyDelete1. Interest, capacity and limitations of each learner must be understood before starting the teaching-learning process.
ReplyDelete2. The subject(s)/skills taught to the students must be according to their liking, capability and aptitude.
One yardstick does not suit all. We have heterogeneous groups of students. We have think hard and devise strategies to cater to the education needs suitably.
ReplyDeleteWe need to design the assessment tools and teaching methodologies as per studesnt's need base as each student is unique and different from others.
ReplyDeleteEach child is unique. Even in a family children of same parents show different interests and talents. So we can in what amount this vary in a school where children come from different family backgrounds. Hence treating all alike ignoring their abilities and interests will be unfair.
ReplyDeleteThe curriculum, syllabus and assessment should be designed to satisfy and manage the diversities in an effective way so that children could learn joyfully every concepts.
ReplyDeleteDiversity is very much common in a class room.teachers need to be Trained for meeting the challenges in diversified classroom.old teaching and assessment methods are still adopted by the teachers for all without keeping in mind the uniqueness of each child.A revolutionary change is the need of the hour to bring best out of the child as per his calibre

ReplyDeleteNot only every child is different, even being a society we need people of different abilities. so it's not acceptable to guide every child in one way by suppressing their in born qulities and their choice of interests. now a days teachers are no more teachers, but they are the facilitaters. so being a teacher its our responsiblity to build a great nation by allowing the children to learn to their capabilities and interest over the targets
